Freewyll at an early age had an instant attraction to the sound of music. In High School is where his love for drumming and rapping proliferated to another level. Surrounding himself with friends and individuals with a common interest in music, he purposed his energy to becoming a rap recording artist. Performing throughout the NY Tri-state area, he entered national talent competitions and won several. Later he would join with the A-team management group in hopes of turning his dream into a reality. Living totally in contrary to his spiritual upbringing as a child, he engaged in worldly behavior. His rebellious nature became the force guiding his life into a place of self-destruction and the consequences was something he would have to deal with later on. The clubs, the girls, the sex, the hustle was all too common. His life was void and empty, his need for more lead to drinking and drug abuse.
In 2002, a good friend of his (a former member in his rap group) gave his life to the Lord and brought Freewyll to church @ The Calvary chapel in Florida. The word of God was ministered and brought conviction to his heart and that day he accepted the Lord Jesus as his Lord and savior. The road to salvation was tough and Freewyll rededicated his life to the Lord in 2004. Under the living word of God for 7 years, he was changed and remodeled into a man with Godly standards.
In 2009 Freewyll is a husband, father and a Minister at Redeeming Grace World Outreach Center in Hempstead, N.Y. Ministering and encouraging teens and young adults to fight the good fight for Christ Jesus is his passion. Freewyll is a Christian who raps rather than a rapper who is a Christian. His music reveals and presents Jesus Christ as the star of the show behind every line and hook. His lyrical contents are extraordinary, refreshing and creative. His music appeals to the season Christian; the new believer and to the unbeliever. Serving God is his life and doing it any way he can is a passion.
