Ada Betsabe is no stranger to music. The Dominican Republic born, Massachusetts raised songwriter and lyricist pulls from a varied list of sonic influences that include Alicia Keys, Fabolous, Notorious BIG, Aventura, and Latin Gospel artists like Marcos Witt. From the first time she picked up a microphone to the first time, she stepped in front of the mic to record, Ada has been consistent in her commitment to growing in her ability to craft life-changing music.
Ada’s music combines a unique melodic and lyrical approach in both Spanish and English. This approach has enabled her to release a consistent body of work. Her first commercial release, Freedom, debuted in the top 20 of iTunes Hip-Hop chart with it’s lead single and video, Mi Escudo, generating close to 100K views on YouTube. A string of singles and collaborations – including the pop-influenced single, Sparrow – lead the way to the release of her EP, Personal. The EP generated critical acclaim among her fanbase. Following up on its momentum, Ada enlisted producer Niko Eme to release the Spanish trap-infused single Lottery. The single continues to demonstrate and solidify Ada’s innovative and creative contribution to Latin Hip-Hop.
Ada’s music has taken her to many parts of Central and South America including Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, and Colombia. With much more music on the way, Ada intends to continue to reach her fans throughout the world with music that inspires and encourages.
