[news.] Tee Holmes to Release New Single on Easter Sunday

New York, NY – On Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013, Tee Holmes (twitter.com/tee_holmes) will be releasing a new single entitled “It’s Not Over” featuring ZG (www.iamZG.com). This single will be available on iTunes. Tee Holmes looks to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ by communicating a strong message of hope through his emotionally delivered track.

This is the first single on Tee Holmes’ upcoming debut album entitled “Be The Dream” which is expected to be released this summer. For this first single, Tee Holmes collaborated with Oklahoma City native, ZG, whom has featured on many different projects including RMG, Viktory and K-Praize. Tee Holmes’ storytelling styled rap and ZG’s soulful voice blended for a sensitive and expressive song.

The track was produced by D-Free. D-Free is most known for his production work on the Lecrae classic “Don’t Waste Your Life.” D-Free bought some similar elements of that classic song to this track.

In addition to iTunes, Tee Holmes hopes to have this song available for fans to listen on sites such as YouTube, Rapzilla, DaSouth and Holy Culture. Tee Holmes said, “I hope this song will relate to lives of my listeners and provide hope in the midst of their situations.”

In a culture where Hip Hop has become the voice of an entire generation of young people, Tee Holmes has committed to use Hip Hop to effectively convey the message of the Gospel. Raised in the South Bronx, Tee Holmes has been influenced by Hip Hop since childhood and now hopes to speak life, hope, faith and love through Hip Hop. He is passionate to make his music, live performances and speaking engagements as appealing and dynamic as possible in order to attract the ears of his generation. Tee Holmes also hopes to use his ministry to help break barriers of race, class, denomination, religion, and other walls that divide and separate people. His desire is to see people transformed, renewed and developed in order to bring revolution to this society. By producing quality music, Tee Holmes expects to challenge the normalites of society as well as usher transformation through the Holy Spirit.
