Born out of ministry in the streets of Philly, proclaiming the good news of Christ was never something Joshua Penn just did. It was built into him, the desire to speak truth to the lost and wandering to bring them back to the One who does the saving- to the One who gave it all.

His latest “Stand,” takes the listener back to that foundation, with boom-bap production and an East Coast feel, that calls to the believer to come from behind the shadows and stand bold and devoted for the sake of the cross- beckoning the enslaved to “look up because their redemption draws near” (Luke 21:28).
