Early Spring 2012, three dynamic artists/groups joined forces to create an anthem for the Launch Party of a new ministry called UNYC (www.iamunyc.com). The track features Jay Cruz of J Cruz Project (Bronx, NY), Malakai Tha Truth (Harlem, NY) & SiKC (Paterson, NJ). UNYC (sounds like ‘unique’) is a ministry geared towards “young” people, encouraging them to discover their UNYC gifts and talents God has given them. The focus: “Connecting people and their UNYC gifts to UNYC places & events where they can express themselves.” Through UNYC events, and media, we hope to bring people closer to the Body of Christ and live out the calling God has on their life.
