Good songs age like fine wine, and CHH heavyweights KB, Lecrea, and Andy Mineo are reaping the rewards of their genius.

KB’s “Church Clap, ” released in 2012 from his Weight & Glory album, has sold over 500,000 copies, earning him RIAA-certified Gold Status on October 31st. The now CHH classic has over 40 million streams on Spotify and was single-handedly responsible for starting many a dance craze.

Lecrae and Andy Mineo’s “Coming in Hot,” which came out in 2018, reached Gold status in 2021 thanks significantly to social media mainly Instagram and TikTok, where it was featured in Will Smith’s first TikTok. Its large following among the famous led to four remixes that year and cemented its spot on both artists’ stop-performing tracks on Spotify with 111 million streams. The song has now achieved Platinum status, and we could not be more excited for them.

Congratulations, gentlemen, well deserved.
