Eddy Puyol’s Drops “Everything I Got” Video x2
(PRESS RELEASE) No, your eyes are not deceiving you, Eddy Puyol’s “Everything I Got” has not one, but two visuals.
One is a traditional music video that highlights a husband/wife beach date to catch the sunrise on nearby Singer Island. The other is a remix of the song and accompanying visuals set to a Solomon Jabby “dub” version of the track.
Both were shot and edited by frequent collaborator and well-known videographer Will Thomas.
Eddy Puyol’s “Everything I Got” is a cross between Bob Marley’s “Is This Love” and Sean Paul’s “I’m Still in Love with You.” While the original hits all the right notes to give listeners a solid and relaxed reggae vibe, fellow artist/believer Solomon Jabby decided to give it a dub version remix that takes it to a different level.
Though dub remixes are largely instrumental, they have the unique ability to shine a laser on some of the best parts of a song while dropping back others. Solomon Jabby’s Dub Version of “Everything I Got” has the horns, bass, the lead vocals and backgrounds shining in their own light.
“I love both versions of the song so much I couldn’t just make a video for one of them,” Puyol said. “Will caught the vision too so we just decided to craft and release an alternate version so people can enjoy their favorite or just decide to watch whichever one fits their mood at the moment.”
“Everything I Got” is a part of Puyol’s latest album, Nothing Changed But My Stage Name, and available on your favorite digital service provider platforms (Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube, etc.) and Eddy Puyol social media sites.
