Detail is the latest song from Jonathan McReynolds. It is a very emotional and very powerful Christian hip-hop song. The video itself has a lot of meaning to it. This is a very soulful track.  The vocals on it are wonderfully sung and beautifully written. You can feel the emotion in every aspect of this song.

The lyrics are the most important part of the song. This is where the message is. The song talks about needing God in every aspect of our lives, hence the title of the song ‘Detail’. We do need Him in all the details, but not only that we can see His works in many different things, such as the smaller aspects of Life. Many of these go unnoticed.  It’s the little things, like the wind moving through the trees or even the fact that we have life, we owe all of that to God.

We come to him in prayer for all of our needs. For everything that we require. Whether it’s food, water, shelter anything. We need him in every single detail and every single aspect.

Like the song says, it is mind-blowing. It is amazing to think of how everything in the world happened according to God’s plan. He created everything from the sun, to the moon, and everything else. We see so many examples of Him in these everyday things in life. This is truly an emotionally moving song and it contains a very powerful message that we need to hear. So often we take that for granted, we take God for granted. We forget to thank him for even the smallest of things. We forget to recognize that He is responsible for every single thing on this planet and in our lives.
