Joseph Cervantes, better known as Joey Vantes and formerly known as Joey Jewish, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record engineer, and producer.

Joseph Cervantes, better known as Joey Vantes and formerly known as Joey Jewish, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record engineer, and producer. He was born and raised in Arizona and lived temporarily in Atlanta, Georgia. He first garnered recognition for his American Dream project in 2015, which helped him to be named a Freshman of The Year by Rapzilla.com.

His 2014 EP, Abstracts & Fragments, spawned the successful single “Kilo” and displayed his ability to be skilled in both singing and rapping. Since then, he worked on developing his sound which took shape in 2015 following his break from touring and studio recording. “I went into a time of solitude,” Joey said. “A time that was required to rediscover God & me”. Following that season, Joey began writing the hit single and album Beautiful Solitude which was released in March 2016. In April 2017, he changed his stage name from Joey Jewish to Joey Vantes.

Since then, Joey has dropped eight album-length projects, numerous EPs, and many successful singles.
