“Paranoia” is about being trapped in your own mind, and feeling like whatever you do to escape seems to be useless. I’ve personally felt like my mental struggles chase me down wherever I go, causing extreme overthinking and anxiety. OCD and depression have been an issue for me, and I want to help others who deal with the same thing know they aren’t alone, and to realize that reaching out for help is a good thing.
