adamariz mixes worship and rap in her latest single “HOLY”!

Published on April 25, 2024

adamariz spits truth on her latest single “HOLY”, produced by MARTY from Social Club Misfits. This is the 3rd single from her upcoming album, continuing on the theme of adamariz sharing her past struggles. “HOLY”, includes a unique worship moment, similar to the song “Altar” by Hulvey. When asked what exactly inspired the song, she actually referenced the song “Altar” for Marty to have a concept of what to produce. After receiving the beat, adamariz was told to “spit her hardest bars”. She chose to rap about how holy God is and His faithful hand over her life in the midst of addiction. In verse 2 she shares that she simply wants to share what she’s learned from her relationship with God, to those who need to hear it! This song was meant to be both worship and rap, not one or the other. There are even clever bars that remind adamariz of her high school times, such as referencing “BrainPop”. The overall theme is adamariz remembering her bad decisions then and finding freedom in Christ. Also, she wants others who are faced with the same bad decisions that they too can have an encounter with He who is holy. The song is rumored to have a remix on the album, as far as features, they have not been revealed yet. Adamariz understands the importance of sharing her testimony and this song will not be the last time she does. In a recent tweet she said “Had to say
“Lord, LIFT ME UP, to calling out to a SAVIOR, but it’s about to get real HOLY!” The tweet ties together all 3 singles from the album. What’s next for adamariz’s discography is uncertain, but we do know this, this song is to praise God.. From hard hitting bars, to a peaceful hook, adamariz is remembering who is HOLY, throughout every season of her life with her latest single!
