Jai Rian Sheds Former Identity to Debut Album
Published on February 11, 2026
Breaking a long-held silence, the artist formerly known as MIA Jai Rian officially announces a total creative rebirth, emerging as Jai Rian. In a bold move to preserve artistic integrity, Jai has deleted his entire previous music catalog, clearing the path for his definitive debut album, Who I Am, set for release on March 16, 2026.
To mark this transition, Jai has released a heart pounding and intriguing tease trailer unveiling the official album release and cover art. The cinematic visual serves as a metaphor for the artist’s journey, depicting a man as a detective looking deeper into his own reflection to find his true self beneath the surface of his former persona.
“You can’t run a marathon in shoes that don’t fit,” says Rian. “This isn’t a rebrand; it’s a homecoming. This is the first time I’ve been 100% honest with the mic, my testimony, and my relationship with God.”
The upcoming project delivers a raw, emotional, gritty sonic blueprint that bridges the gap between Jai’s past struggles and his future. Created over the last year, Who I Am represents a “shattering” of the old to reveal a person that is unfiltered and unapologetic.
About Jai Rian: Jai Rian is a Christian recording artist dedicated to authenticity and spiritual honesty. Following the retirement of his previous alias, Jai’s new era focuses on high-frequency, raw storytelling.
