kingdmusic’s Afro house “Summer Rain” coming soon

South African artist Kingdmusic brings a fresh burst of feel-good energy with “Summer Rain,” an  uplifting Afro House track celebrating life, community and the goodness of God.

Built around vibrant rhythms and an infectious singalong hook, “Summer Rain” captures the  warmth of summer and the simple joy of being together. Its lyrics, “Summer rain, happy people,  it’s a lovely day,” set the scene for a celebration that invites listeners to dance, embrace the  moment and appreciate another day.

At its heart is a Christian perspective on joy: life is a gift from God, and there is room to  celebrate His goodness in everyday moments. Through its carefree spirit, the song encourages  gratitude, connection and the sharing of love, reflecting Kingdmusic’s faith in Jesus through  music made to bring people together.

“Summer Rain” was written by Kingdmusic and Baby S.O.N at the Ziiki Media music camp in  March 2026. The track was co-produced by Lufuno Muthala, a longtime Kingdmusic  collaborator, continuing a creative partnership that has helped shape the artist’s sound.

With its dance-floor energy and uplifting message, “Summer Rain” connects Kingdmusic’s  dance roots with the broad appeal of Afro House. Equally at home at a summer gathering, a  sunset session or a community celebration, the song offers an invitation to find joy in the  ordinary and celebrate life together.
