The 2024 Spin Awards: Honoring the Best in Gospel Radio
Published on July 26, 2024
God is good. This year Holy Culture Radio has been blessed with several nominations. But before we get into that. For those who may be new to CHH, The Spin Awards have been around since 2017 and are the first and only organization to honor those in the gospel radio industry specifically. It’s not just an awards show, it’s a gathering of community to fellowship throughout the weekend.
The 2024 Spin Awards Weekend Itinerary
The 2024 Spin Awards will take place the weekend of Oct. 24-26. There will be several free workshops and showcases Thursday and Friday, with a pre-ceremony Friday night. Some of the workshops include The Author’s Roundtable, hosted by Kingdom Strategist and International Business Coach, Dr. Derashay Zorn, and our very own Jay Williams from the Underground Gospel Hip Hop Show will be hosting a hip hop showcase.
The main Spin Awards ceremony will be held Saturday, Oct. 26th at the Aurora Theatre in Lawrenceville, GA. This year’s host hotel is the Hilton Northeast in Peachtree Corners, Ga. And TSA has partnered with Delta Airlines for a discounted rate for attendees. Just visit the awards website, the link will be at the bottom of this article.
What’s new this year? They just introduced their Spin Stories on social media. TSA is looking for 10 people to share their Spin Awards Weekend experience. Sign up on their website for your chance to be featured on Christ Centered TV.
