Fred Lynch is a Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) pioneer and member of P.I.D. (Preachers in Disguise). He is back with a new project entitled “The Sacred Hum.”

The Sacred Hum offers practical guided meditations to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. We used hip hop meditation to leverage the power of arts and entertainment for the benefit of making the sacred positively contagious. Our mission is that through practice, people find and use their voice to incite radical compassion in the world.
