With the launch of his own label Sling Shot Media Group LLC, Street Pastor has combined an all-star line up that has been quietly entrenched in Kingdom Building over the past few years.
Collaborating with the UK’s DJ Bruce O’Brien, Street Pastor and KamBINO have cooked up one of the most innovative mixtapes that the industry has seen. These two artist have been tagged by the Midwest underground hip hop scene (both secular and Christian) as some of the best lyricist to come out of the Midwest. Street Pastor is considered around his state as one of the most influential figures under 25 (Columbus Dispatch Top 20 under 30; Who’s Who In Black Columbus) is no stranger to mixtape game, and has been featured on collaborations all over the country.
They Should Panic chronicles the events that took place when Street Pastor and KamBINO travelled to Charlotte, NC to participate in the Steel Roots sponsored “Put Ya On” contest.
