As a secular pop artist, taylor charmayne was heavily sought after by record labels,
high-level music executives, and producers. She eventually signed a deal with industry
veterans Vincent Herbert and Blue Williams, who had a joint venture with Virgin
Records. After writing, recording, and completing her first EP project, Virgin Records
released her debut single,“Love Just Hates Me,” which achieved charting success. The
record climbed to #26 on Billboard and #25 on the Mediabase Charts.
After experiencing God’s love, mercy, and grace through a traumatic life
experience, taylor had her Damascus moment. She realized that her music
was not in accordance with God’s direction for her life. She rededicated her
life to Christ and embarked on a new ministry that includes discipleship,
preaching, and now singing God’s word—a crafted message of healing,
redemption, and salvation through Jesus Christ.
“back to life” feeling like the promises of God were not aligning with her reality,
taylor charmayne struggledwith trusting God. But then she was reminded that, despite
her circumstances, God has never disappointed her and has always shown up right on
time. This past, present, and future truth led to the writing and recording collaboration
with CalledOut Music titled “Back to Life,” a constantvreminder that God will provide the strength you need
even in your worst circumstances.
